PAE 120

Using two 12AU76s and four 6N8Ps at the preamp stage, the PAE120 has 4 Psvane KT88s for delivering its output.  The KT88 was originally designed for hi-fi manufacturers for its high-power and low-distortion characteristics.  The Psvane tubes are frequently said to have a tonal quality that outperforms that of the Telefunken’s.  The great clean tone and yet incredibly powerful full spectrum of signal handling allow KT88 to excel at reproducing the sounds of the string sections in the orchestra.  The PAE120 does a great job at showcasing the honest, clean sound the KT88 is capable of.  Aesthetically, the combination of burl and black steel in the design makes a bold statement of the theme presented by Psvane – ‘The Sounds of the Aristocrats’.  PAE120 makes for a proud addition to your sound system
